Who We Are

The name says it all. Mountain Adventures guides have travelled and climbed around the world from Everest and K2 in the Himalaya, to the Matterhorn in the Alps, the tall peaks of South America and the classic summits around his home in the mountains of Western Canada. Over the past several decades we have guided on a broad range of trips from international expeditions to local day climbs.  Once you see all that the Mountain Adventures guides have to offer you, you too will want to join on their next “Mountain Adventure”.

All guides are internationally certified mountain guides or ACMG Apprentice guides. To attain this level of certification they must pass a series of examinations to demonstrate their skills in all aspects of mountain guiding. This includes rock climbing, ice climbing, ski touring, avalanche rescue, 1st aid, cliff rescue, mountaineering… Safety is the number one motive and concern. They are number one in the world and this certification is accepted world wide – Canada, France, Switzerland, Austria, New Zealand, etc…
